Allied Health Professionals Council Members

How to register with SATA:

Complete the application form and submit, preferbly by registered mail to the SATA head offie with the documentation listed below, enclosing proof of paymemt of application fee of R100(One hundred Rands)

Summary of documentation and fee to be submitted with this application

1) Allied Health Council members - Unani Tibb profession

A) Certified copies of the photograph page of your Identity Document(point 8)

B) Non-refundable application fee of R100

C) Certified copy of the AHPCSA certificate

2) On receipt and approval of required documentation and proof of the application fee, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to member, requesting that the registration fee of R350 be deposited into the SATA bank account

3) On receipt of registration fees, a membership number and registration certificate will be issued to new SATA member
